MUMBAI: Many actors go the extra mile to prove their mettle. One such talented actress is Reyhna Pandit.

Reyhna rose to fame with the negative role of Svetlana in Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz. As we reported earlier, she has been roped in for LSD Films’ upcoming project Manmohini on Zee TV. Reyhna will be seen playing the role of a chudail.

The initial episode of the show has been shot in the beautiful locales of Rajasthan. For one of the sequences, Reyhna has to dance barefoot on the hot sands of Rajasthan. It is a song sequence where she is waiting for her lover to return after 500 years.

Reyhna truly enjoyed shooting the sequence and shared, ‘It was a great experience and I am looking forward to Manmohini. I know for sure that this show will make a mark and will do good for all the actors in the show, as every character is well drafted and the script is amazing. I thank Prateek Sir (producer) for giving me such a vital role with all the shades in one. Manmohini is going be a great venture and the audience will be hooked to every episode.’

She added, ‘Dancing on the desert with no shoes, as I was not able to maintain the grip, was definitely not easy. It requires a lot of core strength, and trust me, the sun is quite harsh in Rajasthan (Jaisalmer). But I just told myself you have to do it and I couldn’t feel anything after a while. I was dancing on one of my favourite Sridevi Ma’am’s song— Morni Baga Ma Bole from Lamhe.’
