MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with an interesting update from the world of television.

We’ve been at the forefront of reporting updates about the second instalment of Star Plus’ popular show Mann Ki Aawaaz - Pratigya.

The show is slated to launch on Star Bharat. Actors like Pooja Gor, Arhaan Behl and Anupam Shyam will continue being a part of the show. The show will be produced by Rajan Shahi under his banner Director’s Kut while Pearl Grey is the writer-creative producer-showrunner. Earlier in the day, we reported about actors Mohit Malik and Sana Amin Sheikh being roped in to play cameos in the show.

Well, now the latets update is that actress Sima Singh has been roped in to play an important character in the show.

Sima was last seen in Star Plus’ Pandya Store.

We couldn’t connect with the actress for a comment.

The channel has released the first promo featuring Anupam and Pooja. While Sajjan says these nine years were calm before the storm and he is ready to capture the whole of India, Pratigya vows to retaliate to Sajjan's actions.
