When Saanvi Talwar missed the chance of becoming a YRF heroine

Saanvi Talwar

Saanvi Talwar could very well have been a YRF heroine, but she missed her chance of being a Bollywood star! Talwar will be playing the main lead on TV czarina Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’ (&TV).

The actress, who was also part of Channel V’s O Gujariya: Badlein Chal Duniya, was offered a character role in Yash Raj Films’ Mere Dad Ki Maruti. Though she gave an audition for the role of Saqib Saleem’s cousin sister, she had to miss the opportunity. Wondering why? Let’s hear it from the horse’s mouth.

She said, “I was offered the movie and I also came down to Mumbai to meet Yash ji. He was a gem of a person. It was a wonderful meet, as we also had lunch together. However, we did not interact much. But it was the best moment of my life. I was very keen to do the film, but unfortunately, I met with an accident and was on complete bed rest and had to drop the role.”

We hope she gets a chance to make her Bollywood debut soon.

All the best, girl!
