Wondering why do we say?

Well, certain changes have been made in Zee Bangla's Rannaghar.

From now on the show will be called as not just ‘Rannaghar’ but ‘Banglar Shob Theke Baro Rannaghar’. 

The design of the set has also been changed and three new characters have been included in the show. The characters will act as the domestic help of Sudipa Chatterjee, who is the host of the show.

When Tellychakkar.com buzzed Sudipa to know what she feels about the development, she expressed, “I have mixed feelings. It has been ages that I am doing the show under the old name and in the old set. I am emotionally attached to the old things so I am little upset. I will miss the old name and set.”

“On the other hand, any change and new things are exciting. The new show will let people know about many things in detail like earlier we used to just mention ‘add garlic paste’ in the preparation of a food item but now we will also show the procedure of pasting the garlic. I am excited, anxious and eager to know how our audience will react to the development,” she added. 

The talented cook is happy for the fact that now she will get to act in the show too.  

She quipped, “I am not an actress but as per the new format I will have to act. Three new characters have been included in the show. They will be my domestic help, who will wonderfully show how to make paste for cooking and similar other things. And for that, I am required to follow the script. It’s exciting.”

The new version will be aired from 15^th August, 4 pm.

SRGMP participants Soumya, Anwesha and Sovon will grace the Rannaghar special episode, where they will discuss about the food items Ilish Bhaja and Bhapa Ilish.
