Giaa Maanek

Giaa Manek was born on 18 February 1986 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and was brought up in Mumbai. She always wanted to be an actor. She started going for auditions and was very fortunate to got a role in the movie 'Na Ghar Ke Na Ghat Ke', where she had privilege to work with renowned actors like Om Puri, Neena Gupta and Paresh Rawal. After that she bagged the lead role in 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya'. She participated in the celebrity dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Her first salary was Rs 25,000 that she earned for a commercial when she was just 17.
