Nia Sharma

Nia Sharma (born Neha Sharma) is an Indian television actor, who started her career in the Star Plus show Kaali- Ek Agnipariksha as Anu. Since 2011, she has been portraying the role of Maanvi in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. She is also an ex-student of JIMS. Nia made her television début as Anu, the best friend of the protagonist Rachana (Swati Kapoor) in Kaali. After the death of Rachana her...character took over as the lead of the show, to defeat the main antagonist, and killer of Rachana, Thakral (Ashutosh Rana). Her next television appearance was as Nisha, the daughter of Jay (Akshay Anand), in Star Plus's Behnein. After Behenein, Nia was offered 4 Lion's Humse Hai Life where she was supposed to play a female student boxer, but currently went on to portray Maanvi, one of the protagonists in the Cinevistaas production, Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, who suffers from leukemia. She plays a childlike young adult, causing problems for her older sister Jeevika (Krystal D'Souza) to fix.
