MUMBAI: Prime Video’s Original movie The Mehta Boys has sparked excitement across the industry, with some of Bollywood’s biggest names showering praise on the film. As Boman Irani’s directorial debut, the film brings to life a deeply emotional father-son story, featuring Avinash Tiwary, Shreya Chaudhry, and Puja Sarup alongside him. Following the release of its trailer, Anupam Kher, Anil Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Dia Mirza, Ram Madhvani, and Riteish Deshmukh have all taken to social media to express their admiration for the film’s storytelling, performances, and Irani’s direction, further solidifying its status as one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
Industry stalwarts have been unanimous in their praise. Anupam Kher called the trailer ‘outstanding,’ applauding its writing and ensemble cast while stating that Irani’s direction will ‘mesmerize everybody’.
