MUMBAI: Vishal Jethwa, who rose to fame with his spectacular performance in Mardaani 2, has proven his mettle repeatedly. While there is a part of audience who feel like there’s something missing in the current lot of actors, Vishal Jethwa comes in the list of actors who are capable of carrying the generation ahead responsibly.
In the wake of his popularity, the audience realized about the hidden gem that Vishal Jethwa was, after getting to see his previous work, before Mardaani 2, which included Hindi Medium, Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, Crime Patrol, peshwa Bajirao and many more.
When talking about the current lot, there’s one more name who has a deep connection with Jethwa and that’s Avneet Kaur. Fans of Avneet and Vishal are very much aware of their humble beginnings and how far they have made in their careers.
Vishal Jethwa and Avneet kaur were first seen working together in an episode of Crime Patrol, which was in 2016 and after all these tears, in 2024, they came together for Amazon MX Player show Party Till I Die. Avneet Kaur had also posted a BTS pic from their days of Crime Patrol.

In an exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Vishal Jethwa was asked about his thoughts when he came to know he is going to work with Avneet Kaur once again.
To this, Vishal Jethwa said, “Yeh show karne ka reason, mujhe pata tha ki Avneet karne wali hai aur usko pata tha ki main karne wala hu. Hum dono ek show kiya tha ‘Naach’ jo episodic show tha. Tab hum kaam kar rahe the thode thode known the, log humein jaante the, phir bhi inn dino jitna pyaar log dikhate hai, jitna logo ko pata hai humare bare mein, utni popularity nahi thi. Itne saal baad hum dono itni achi tareeke se grow hue, Dono kuch films mein launch hue, ache ek position pe pohoche, au ab humein wapas ek baar mauka mila, I think aaj 15 saal iss baat ko ya shayad aur zyada...So mujhe bataya gaya tha ki Avneet ko approach karne wale hai aur Avneet ko bataya gaya tha ki mujhe approach karne wale hai iss show ke liye, toh maine aur Avneet ne dono ne call pe baat ki. Toh yeh humara reunion ho gaya itne saalo ke baad. Hum humesha well-wishers rahe hai ek dusre ke.”
