MUMBAI: Battleground is India’s first fitness reality show, launched on Amazon MX Player on April 5, 2025. Featuring four teams—Delhi Dominators, Haryana Bulls, Mumbai Strikers, and UP Dabangg—the show tested contestants' strength, endurance, and determination through a series of intense challenges.

After weeks of fierce competition, Rounak Gulia from the Delhi Dominators claimed the title of female winner. Mentored by Abhishek Malhan, she triumphed over Nisha Mishra in the grand finale. Her performance stood out for its grit and consistency.

Rounak received a cash prize of ₹3 lakh and was honored as India’s Ultimate Fitness Superstar in the show’s first season.

In an exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Rounak Gulia talked about her journey, moments which were mentally and physically challenging and much more.

When asked if there is something she regrets saying, Rounak Gulia said, “Mera nature hi hai ki main jo bhi karti hoon na, main believe karti hoon ki mujhe regret na karna pade. Main aisa koi kaam nahi karti hoon jiske liye mujhe regret karna pade toh throughout the show maine aisa toh kuch bhi nahi kiya ki mujhe regret karna pade.”
