Bicchoo Ka Khel review: This Divyendu Sharma starrer is an engaging revenge drama

ALTBalaji’s Bicchoo Ka Khel is out, and here is the full review of the show.

MUMBAI: ALTBalaji has been a hub for thriller shows, and the platform is back with another thriller titled Bicchoo Ka Khel. The nine-episode series stars some amazing talent like Divyendu Sharma, Anshul Chauhan, Mukul Chadda, Trishna Mukherjee, Gagan Anand, and Syed Zeeshan Qadri, and is directed by Ashish Shuka.

The story begins with a murder. This murder is connected to Akhil Shrivastav, played by the talented Divyendu Sharma. Moreover, the situation changes around him after the sudden demise of his father. Akhil is now all set to uncover this conspiracy, find out the person responsible for all this, and to know the actual truth behind the death of his father.

Well, the storytelling is good and the screenplay is quite engaging. Scene after scene, the excitement level increases as there are a few twists and turns that will keep you glued to your seats. The direction of the show is also decent.

Talking about the performances, Divyendu once again proves himself as a versatile actor, and it’s a treat to watch him this time too. Anshul Chauhan was decent as his love interest. Syed Zeeshan Qadri, who played the role of a police officer, deserves a special mention for his comic timing; he will surely make you laugh whenever he comes on screen. The other cast like Mukul Chadda, Trishna Mukherjee, and Gagan Anand are good.

The positive points of the show include the touch of humour against the backdrop of suspense. The retro music as the background score throughout enhances the mood and brings a smile on your face. The performances of the lead, the twists and turns, and the storytelling all work in the show's favour.

The negative is mainly the unnecessary use of abusive language. Moreover, a few twists in the show may not be very appealing. In some portions, the story is fast paced and you may need to see the sequence more than once to understand the situation.

Overall, Bicchoo Ka Khel is worth your time, and if you like thriller stories, this one's for you.

Team TellyChakkar goes with 3 stars for ALTBalaji’s Bicchoo Ka Khel.
