Bob Biswas review! This spin-off from Kahaani serves you thrill but in pieces

MUMBAI: Ever since the trailer of the movie Bob Biswas was out the fans were eagerly waiting for the movie and to see the actor Abhishek Bachchan in an never seen before avatar because movie Kahaani had created a great impact and specially the character of Bob Biswas was which was played by Saswata Chatterjee. Bob Biswas which is premieres on Zee 5 is directed by Diya Annapurna and here is the complete review of the movie

Talking about the premise as we all know this story deals with a Contract Killer Bob Biswas who has lost his memory and trying to figure out his personal and professional life and during this process what types of people he meet and how his life changes is something shown in the movie.

The screenplay of the movie is very decent, we get to see very soft version of character of Bob Biswas which we have seen in the movie Kahaani. Talking about the direction it is decent.

Talking about the performances no doubt it is out and out Abhishek Bachchan show no doubt we are going to witness the actor in a never seen before avatar. Right from his performance to his physical appearance we are going to see a different Abhishek Bachchan in the movie. On the other hand actress Chitrangada Singh is looking beautiful in throughout movie, her character of Mary Biswas is decently performed by her. Other cast like Paran Bandopadhyay, Purab Kohli, Barun Chanda, Bhanu Uday and others have a decent on their part.

Talking about the positive points of the movie it has to be the actor Abhishek Bachchan and his performance, the complete makeover and his avatar of a contract killer is surely a treat to watch. On the other special mention to the BGM of the movie which helps a lot in crafting the suspense which will definitely enhance your viewing experience. Also the subject which is highlighted in the movie is quite relevant.

Talking about the negative points of the movie it has to be the screenplay which drops many time in between, because of the weak writing in between the movie looks a little dragged but again the strong performances delivered by everyone comes to rescue. After watching Kahaani fans would expect something better out of the character of Bob Biswas but it is the softer version of what we have seen in Kahaani.

Well having sad all these points, Bob Biswas can be seen at least once for its storyline and Abhishek Bachchan's performance.

Team Telly Chakkar goes with 3/5 for Bob Biswas.
