MUMBAI :This year, we will get to watch many biopics and one of them is Chakda Xpress. The movie, which stars Anushka Sharma in the lead role, is a biopic on cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The shooting of the film kickstarted in June last year and was wrapped in December 2022.
 
Chakda Xpress was shot in Mumbai, Kolkata, London, and many other locations. The wrap-up cake of the film read, ’65 days, 7 schedules, 6 cities.” Well, Indians love cricket and now the Indian women's cricket team has also been making it to the headlines, so everyone is keen to watch the movie.

We are sure fans of Anushka are excited to watch her as a cricketer in the movie. Chakda Xpress will mark Anushka’s comeback after a gap of more than four years. The actress was last seen as a lead in the 2018 release Zero.
 
Last year, the actress did a cameo in the movie Qala which was produced by her brother. Anushka was also a part of the production house Clean Slate Filmz, but last year in March, the actress announced that she has decided to step down as a producer.
 
Anushka’s fans are eagerly waiting for her comeback. First, it was the pandemic, and later Anushka took a maternity break after the birth of her daughter Vamika. So, her fans have been waiting to see her in a movie for more than four years.
