Elvish Yadav confesses to supplying snakes and snake vyom at rave parties

MUMBAI: Problems don't seem to end for Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner Elvish Yadav.

In the last few months he has been surrounded by controversial news where he hit a fan at a restaurant to becoming violent with YouTuber "Maxtern"

But the biggest case in which his name was attached was the "Snake Vyom" case that had happened a few months ago.

In this case Elvish was accused of supplying Snake Vyom in rave parties and he was called for interrogation and the police were investigating the case.
 
Yesterday, as per Time Now Elvish was arrested yesterday by the Nodia police and sent for 14 days judicial custody where he is being interrogated.

Now the latest development of the case as per Times Now is that Elvish has confessed to have supplied Snake Vyom and Snakes to raid parties that he used to organize.

The DCP of police did tell the news channel that the allegation put on the Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner he has accepted.

Elvish has accepted that he was present at the party and he was aware of the fact that snake Vyom was being distributed to everyone present out there as reported by Times Now.

The channel as also reported that the biggest challenge for the police force would be finding out how many parties were arranged by Elvish and the places that the party took place and the investigation is going on in full swing.

Times Now also reported that the Nodia police will be applying for a remand in the case and for further investigation with Elvish.

Elvish is facing the case under wild life act and Narcotics department and as per the channel  he would be getting bail anytime soon, he won't get it by the lower court he will have to apply in the higher court and since co - accused who were arrested in the case are still in jail so there is no way Elvish would get a bail and it all now depends on Nodia police to how they would get his remand as per Times now.

Well, soon the Nodia police would come out with more details regarding the case.
