MUMBAI: November is not just a month full of festival celebrations, but it's also a month when some highly anticipated series, including the sixth and final season of The Crown and Aarya 3, starring Sushmita Sen, will return to OTT platforms.
This month, a number of brand-new series and motion pictures are scheduled to premiere on streaming platforms in addition to these beloved return titles. Even the highly anticipated Jawan, starring Vijay Sethupathy and Shah Rukh Khan, is set to debut on the Over-the-Top (OTT) platform this month. With so many choices, there will be something on different OTT platforms for everyone to enjoy this month.
Here are the noteworthy OTT films and series are scheduled in November 2023: -
Aarya Season 3
In the third season of this critically acclaimed drama, Sushmita Sen makes a comeback as Aarya Sareen. Actors Ila Arun and Indraneil Sengupta have joined the cast, offering an intriguing story to Sushmita's feisty character Aarya. Along the way, there will be part of well-known actors like Sikandar Kher, Vikas Kumar, Maya Sarao, and Geetanjali Kulkarni. The third season of Aarya, which Ram Madhvani co-directed, is slated to debut on Disney+ Hotstar on November 3.
Scam 2003: The Telgi Story Vol 2
The compelling story of Abdul Karim Telgi, the mastermind of one of India's biggest scams in the amount of Rs 30,000 crores, will come to a close in this SonyLIV series. In this crime drama, Gagan Dev Riar takes the lead role once again. Five more episodes of this gripping tale, directed by Tushar Hiranandani, will be available on November 3.
A botched assignment sends Michael Fassbender on the run in David Fincher's criminal drama, which is based on a French graphic novel. In addition to Fassbender, Tilda Swinton, and Arliss Howard are also in it. Starting on November 10, Netflix will be streaming The Killer, which had its world premiere at the Venice International Film Festival.
In Apurva, actress Tara Sutaria makes her big-screen debut as the title character battling for survival in Chambal. It was directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, and also features Rajpal Yadav, Dhairya Karwa, and Abhishek Banerjee. On November 15, Apurva will make its Disney+ Hotstar debut.
The Crown Season 6
On November 16, four episodes of Netflix's forthcoming final season of The Crown will premiere. Returning as Princess Diana and Queen Elizabeth II, respectively, are Elizabeth Debicki and Imelda Staunton in Season 6 Part 1, which carries on the exploration of the lives of the British royal family.
The Railway Men
The Railway Men, the first over-the-top series from Yash Raj Films, explores the terrible circumstances behind the 1984 Bhopal gas spill. In the series, R Madhavan, Kay Kay Menon, Babil Khan, and Divyendu play individuals who are part of the rescue operations after the tragedy. Shiv Rawail, a first-time director, is directing this four-episode miniseries, which will debut on Netflix on November 18.
PI Meena, starring Tanya Maniktala as a troubled private investigator trying to solve an unsolved mystery, will debut on Amazon Prime Video on November 3. This eight-episode series, which is directed by Debaloy Bhattacharya, has performances by Jisshu Sengupta, Vinay Pathak, Zarina Wahab, and Parambrata Chattopadhyay.
On November 2, viewers can celebrate Shah Rukh Khan's birthday by watching Jawan, one of the biggest hits in Bollywood, on Netflix. Both the always-endearing Shah Rukh Khan's dual roles and Vijay Sethupati play in the movie. In addition to including two tremendously talented female leads, Deepika Padukone and Nayanthara. This film also features some of the greatest cameos ever.
