Yes you heard right actor Chandra Shekhar Dutta who is known for his acting contribution with the project like Dhumkkudiya (2019), The Last Koan (2019) and RamLeela (2013), is all set to be seen in never seen before a star in the upcoming web series titled Bihar Diaries which is directed by Neeraj Paney.
