MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor's reality show titled “Lock Upp,” where 17 contestants will be locked in jail, play the game, and fight for getting bail to survive, was launched on MX Player and Alt Balaji.

The audience has given it a thumbs-up.

Kangana Ranaut will be making her OTT debut with the show as the host where she will be guiding the contestants.

The game has already begun Payal and Kangana had a war of words on the premiere.

The entire concept is a setup in jail.

Munawar Faruqui is one of the contestants of the show who is doing exceptionally well and is giving a lot of content to the show.

He is been voicing his opinions and has already had a few fights in the house.

Before he entered the house, TellyChakkar got in touch with Munawar Faruqui and asked him if he was mentally prepared for the game. He shared a message for his fans.

Lock Upp is a difficult game to play. Are you mentally prepared for it?

It’s a reality show and I know it going to be tough but no one can be mentally prepared for the show. I have been a fighter in real life. I have gone through so much and have come out of all the problems.

What is your strategy for the game?

This is a reality show. I don’t have any strategy as such as one as to be real in a reality show. The show is very different and the audience will definitely love it. The purpose is to entertain the audience. We not give them a dull show. The contestants should do what they want to do to survive in the house.

What is your message to your fans? Whom are excited to see you on the show?

The fans will get to see me 24 × 7 and that will be a treat for them. The show will be interesting and I promise to not let them down and their excitement won’t go down.

Well, no doubt that Munawar Faruqui is playing the game well and fans are loving his game.
