MUMBAI: Actor Anand Raaj is getting some amazing responses for his recently released movie Andaman which premiered on the digital platform. The actor no doubt always looks forward to doing something different with his acting and writing skills.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actor with regards to his acting journey where he also spoke in detail about the types of characters he looks forward to doing on digital platforms.

The actor, who hails from a small village in Uttar Pradesh, says that he always wanted to be a part of the film industry and wanted to become an actor. Since he is from a small village he dropped this plan of coming into the acting world and moved ahead in his life. He later became an established businessman and was living in Delhi. Though he dropped the idea of coming into the acting world, his love for cinema and passion for acting never died. One fine day the actor decided to be a part of the acting industry and he left his established business and came to Mumbai in the year 2016 to fulfill his dream of acting.

Anand Raaj on types of characters he looks forward to doing on digital platforms

We can see some amazing content are being made on digital platforms especially after the 2020 lockdown and having said that, the actor says that he does not want to restrict his talent by doing similar types of characters but he is looking forward to doing some different and challenging characters. The actor says that he loves action and dance so he would definitely want to be a part of any project which has both of these. Anand Raaj also says that he is really looking forward to some good scripts.

Leaving his properly settled life and established business and coming into the acting world was quite a challenging decision for the actor. Anand Raaj always wanted to become an actor and he just heard his heart and followed his dream.
