Praveena Deshpande says that she never thought that she would take acting as her profession, the actress used to participate in school plays and dramas, she was a very shy student but was a different girl on stage when she was performing . The actress also got many prizes for acting performance. Talking about her journey she says, she had been getting work based on her previous work and she has been lucky enough to be part of some amazing projects and getting some great response from the fans.
Praveena Deshpande on types of characters she looks forward to on digital platform
With the rise in consumption of content especially on digital platforms we have seen some great actors coming on the platform and getting some great response from the fans having said that the actress is also looking forward to do some good characters on digital platforms. The actress says that she is looking for substance characters, which are performance-oriented. She does not have anything specific to do, she is open to do different types of characters.

Praveena Deshpande on the challenging phase of her life
The actress went candid and revealed that there was a point in her career where she had to take a break from the acting industry after her marriage and two kids, the actress tried to make her comeback but it was a little difficult process for her because she had to start everything from scratch. It was a time when it was very difficult to approach any person and there was no social media. Indeed it is the hard work and dedication of the actress because of which today she not only made her strong comeback but created great magic on screen with her work.
