MUMBAI: Actor Samar Vermani who is getting some amazing responses for his recently released web series Girgit no doubt always tries to deliver something different for his fans. The actor is getting a lot of love from the fans for his character of a cop in the web series.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actor with regards to his web series Girgit where he also shared how he prepared for his character.

Samar Vermani says that it has been a great opportunity to collaborate with some fabulous talents for a great platform like Altbalaji for this web series. This is his very first project with the platform and it has been a great journey shooting for this project. It is a wonderful chance for an actor to display multiple emotions in one particular project. It was a challenge but it was a great opportunity at the same time. Throwing some light on his character, the actor says he is playing the role of a cop, who is desi by heart.

The actor says that his father is a retired cop, so for the preparation of his character, he did not have to go very far, he had a good conversation with his father. No doubt what the actor did in the web series is phenomenal and indeed we get to see different layers of the character in the series.

Samar Vermani on how he deals with negative comments and trolls

In the world of social media, it is very difficult to get only positive comments from fans. Having said that, the actor says that trolls and negative comments are a part and parcel of life now. The actor also says that he looks forward to doing his best, looking at the positive comments, and taking feedback from the fans.

Indeed what the actor did in the web series Girgit is commendable and we look forward to seeing some amazing characters being essayed by the actor.
