Tellychakkar recently got in touch with the actor and got to know some interesting insights.
What should the fans expect from the second season of Feels Like Home?
“They should expect everything they witnessed in season one but more. The first season is about recognizing our challenges, problems and insecurities. In the second season, we learn how to face and accept them. We learn to move ahead in life. The second season is going to be more mature and wiser. It is about the subtle things in life and appreciating the little things in life. So we get to dive deeper into it.”
Are there any similarities between you and your character?
“The core emotions might be lapping but we come from very different worlds. Lakshay Kochar comes from a very well-to-do family. He is an out and out extrovert and I am an ambivert. I come from a Gujarati middle-class family. Those are the major vast differences. But in terms of the passion we have for life and the love we have for our friends, that is where Lakshay and I have things in common.”
Do you think social media plays a role in making a show like this work?
“Social media is absolutely crucial because this is a show on an OTT platform and that itself is an internet medium like social media. It is inevitable to not have a social media strategy for a show like this because everybody has an opinion and everybody can put it out there on social media. This show has worked because people have expressed their opinion about how they loved it on social media. Hence we know what people want.”
The second season of the series Feels Like Home is set to hit the platform Lionsgate Play on 7th October.
