Exclusive: Shilpa Kataria Singh bags Taj: Monument of Blood

TellyChakkar has exclusively learnt that actress Shilpa Kataria Singh, who was recently seen in Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani, will be seen in an upcoming web series titled Taj: Monument of Blood.

Applause Entertainment partners with Contiloe Pictures to produce – ‘Taj – A Monument of Blood’ – a magnum opus period drama series on the rise and fall of one of the most iconic dynasties of all time – the Mughal Empire.

The web series will capture the dark side of the story of the Mughal empire, which ruled India for just over three centuries and had emperors like Akbar, Jehangir, Shah Jahan, and Aurangzeb.

The series has a talented cast namely Aditi Rao Hydari, Naseeruddin Shah, Dharmendra, Rahul Bose, Zarina Wahab, Sandhya Mridul, Aashim Gulati and many more.

Contiloe has produced many hit shows like Vighnaharta Ganesh, Jhansi Ki Rani, Adaalat, Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman, Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, Tenali Rama and many more.
