MUMBAI: Rajshri Deshpande has been winning the hearts of fans with her acting contribution. We have seen some amazing characters of hers getting all the love from fans. The actress is currently getting some great reviews for her performance in the recently released web series The Fame Game on Netflix, which has Madhuri Dixit in the leading role.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with Rajshri Deshpande with regard to the response to the show and about what made her say yes for this project.

Rajshri Deshpande's performance in the web series as a cop was commendable. Talking about the response she is getting, the actress says people are loving her in this different avatar of a cop and she is getting some great messages. For a long period of time, fans were eagerly looking forward to see the actress. Now, they are loving her character in the web show.

Rajshri Deshpande says that she has never played a cop before. This was the first time and it was very refreshing. Moreover, Madhuri Dixit being associated with this project was one of the biggest reasons to say yes. On the other hand, the journey of her character impressed her a lot because of which she said yes for the web series.

Rajshri Deshpande on portraying different characters in her projects

Indeed, we have see different characters of hers in different projects. Talking about playing different and relatable characters, the actress revealed that each of her characters are based on regular people. Talking about the character preparation, she says she just believes in observing people and watching them closely as to how they behave and how they walk, which she tries to implement in her characters for the projects. On the other hand, the script is always there to help you emotionally and psychologically. It will definitely boost your performance on screen.
