MUMBAI: Karan Thakur has been winning the hearts of fans over the time with his acting contribution. The actor who is known for Operation MBBS, Bhagyavidhaata, and Dil Hi To Hai has no doubt made a strong mark in the hearts and minds of fans.
Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with Karan Thakur with regard to his acting journey and the most challenging phase of his life.
Karan Thakur on his acting journey
Karan Thakur says his journey has been a rollercoaster ride of mixed of emotions. As an actor he had seen many ups and downs in his life. Karan says that since childhood, he wanted to become an actor. When he was young, he saw himself in a family wedding video, and since then, he wanted to see himself on television. This is what triggered him to be an actor.
Karan Thakur on the most challenging phase of his life
Karan says that after he did his very first acting project that was Bhagyavidhaata there was a long gap and he was looking forward to doing some interesting characters. This long gap was quite a challenging phase for him and this was for around 1.5 years. The actor during that time started to do many commercials, anchoring, and voiceovers for his earning. No doubt after this challenging phase, there was no looking back for the actor, and he went on to win the hearts of fans with his amazing projects.

Karan Thakur on types of characters he looks forward to do on digital platform
There are some amazing projects being made on the digital platform. He looks forward to doing some different and challenging types of characters on digital platforms, like grey characters.
He also says that currently he is being seen on the Star Plus show Imlie in a cameo, and he is currently shooting for web series Avrodh 2.
