MUMBAI: Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar is indeed the biggest show out of India. From the first look to the star cast, everything about the Netflix series has been nothing but grand and mesmerising. Sanjay Leela Bhansali is rumoured to be temperamental as he is a perfectionist and wants things a certain way.
Actor Fardeen Khan, who is a part of the series, has now opened up about the super talented director on what helps him calm down when things get a little tense and when he loses his cool. In an interview with a news portal, Fardeen said, “Whenever he used to get flustered, or wasn’t getting what he wanted, or he was frustrated about something... To calm him down, the assistant directors would send these 25 dogs that Mr. Bhansali has on the sets of Heeramandi,”
He further said, “The minute they went onto the set, he used to be calm. As a human being, his favourites are his four-legged babies.”
Bhansali made his directorial debut with 'Khamoshi: The Musical' and has directed films like Black, Padmaavat, Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, among others.
