MUMBAI : Taha Shah Badussha is celebrating the success of his web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar which has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The actor essayed Nawab Tajdar and stole hearts with his acting chops. His love story with Sharmin Segal sees a tragic end in the series but he has been shown to be a loyal lover.
During an interview with TellyChakkar, the actor was asked if Taha, in reality, was an unconditional lover, a giver, gets easily attached or practices detachment, leaves it to the universe and why. "I am a mix of all of them. When I truly fall in love, I give my soul to the person. I make her dreams, my dreams. I work out everything I can do to support her, and push her dreams. Aapko yeh chahiye, mei networking mei acha hu. Mei kitna networking kar sakta hu aapke liye just to help. You do not know these people, how many people do I know who can help you out".
He further said, "But then that also is a bad thing as they take you for granted. In today's day and age, they do not appreciate the efforts that you have put in. Many people are narcissistic in this day and age. It is all about themselves. Due to that, I get attached. Kyuki maine etna invest kar lia hai ki, meri expect bhi arta hu mujhe wapas bhi milega. But life is not like that". The actor also made India proud with his debut at Cannes 2024.
