MUMBAI: Coming up with unique content, and an amazing storyline ZEE5 is all set to show us a tragic comedy titled “Kaagaz”, ever since the trailer o the movie was out, it gave fans high hopes for content and fans are eagerly waiting for the movie, based on true events this movie Kaagaz stars some amazing talents such as Pankaj Tripathi, Monal Gajjar, Satish Kaushik and is directed by Satish Kaushik himself.
Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actor-director of the movie Kaagaz, Satish Kaushik, the whom we have seen defining versatility over the years now will be seen in the role of a lawyer helping Bharat Lal (Pankaj Tripathi) what he seeks, the actor expressed his excitement with his movie Kaagaz as he was keen to make this movie since a long time, the actor revealed that this movie is really close to him and this is inspired by an article he read once, titled “I Am Alive” (as we see in the trailer a man is trying to prove that he is alive but dead on papers).
Throwing light on his character the actor said, he will be seen playing a lawyer to Pankaj Tripathi named Kewat, he further added even though Kewat is the greedy man he is helping Bharat Lal in his journey to prove himself alive on papers as he was declared dead on papers.

Talking more about the movie, Satish Kaushik said that this movie is unique because of its content which has a story of Real India, a story of a common man and his tragedy which is explained in a humorous way in the movie, so the actor called this as a Tragic comedy.
