MUMBAI: Mirzapur 3 has created history as the Amazon Prime Video series became the most-watched series on the OTT platform in India within just seven days of its release. The remarkable success has encouraged to announce Mirzapur 3. Yes! You heard that right. Mirzapur is returning with its third season.
Mirzapur 2 stars Pankaj Tripathi, Divyendu Sharma, Ali Fazal, Rasika Dugal, Shweta Tripathi and Rajesh Tailang, who featured in the previous season as well. This season also featured Vijay Varma, Priyanshu Painyuli and Isha Talwar, who impressed the viewers with their layered performances. The fans loved the second season and almost 50 per cent of the series viewers binge-watched the second season within two days of its launch, which shows how eagerly they were waiting for Mirzapur 2.

Shweta Tripathi took to her Instagram account recently and thanked everyone for their love and support and shared a set of pictures of herself from Mirzapur Season 2. In her post, Shweta wrote how the character of Golu and Mirzapur is special to her. She thanked the fans for their love and support. Mirzapur 2 released on October 23.
Mirzapur fans will be elated to know that the series has been greenlit for a third season, as they are waiting for the next season.
