MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor is coming up with a reality show titled “Lock Upp,” where 17 contestants will be locked in jail and they would have to play the game and fight for getting bail to survive on the show.

Kangana Ranaut will be making her OTT debut with the show. The actress will be guiding the participants.

‘Lock Upp’ promises to be an engaging captive reality show with all the ingredients that will keep you glued to your seat. A daring celebrity host, compelling tasks, dramatic fights, and an exciting mix of contestants who will do anything & everything to survive in the show’s jail is the perfect amalgamation of entertainment.

To elevate their game, Karan Kundrra, the jailor, has entered the house to assign tasks to the inmates, but not in the Lock Upp house. The show also saw the entry of wild card, Ali Merchant, and how that has changed equations in the house a little bit. 

This weekend Payal Rohatgi will get into a tiff with the Host Kangana Ranaut herself, on feeling not satisfied with the bashing she had gotten and her anger over Karanvir Bohra, She went on a rant to the camera and said some things that could get her to trouble.

Payal rants in front of the camera - 'You can’t shut off me Kangana, KV ne Ekta Kapoor ke Saath naagin show Kiya hai na? Fine, now I get it. Mein kya Karu? Mein try Karu! I’ve gone out of my way to make everyone comfortable. I cannot spoil my mental balance for my team. Kangana aapki Vaani surr vaani Meri vaani dukh vali Vaani! Wow, Kangana. Koi Bhi aayega ghanti maarega Aur bajayega toh I won’t like it.'

And in her justification she says to the camera - 'I’m not here to fight with you Kangana but I’m here to defend myself.'
The show has been getting tense with the equations changing and Kangana becoming stricter.

Will the inmates be able to able handle Kangana's wrath?
