MUMBAI: Bebika Dhurve was one of the most controversial contestants of Bigg Boss OTT and since day one, she marked her presence in the Bigg Boss house.
The show has finally come to an end and she has emerged as the third runner-up of the show, creating a niche for herself.
She mainly grabbed headlines for her bond with Pooja Bhatt, which was loved by the audience.
She also had major fights with Abhishek and Manisha and that was spoken about inside and outside the house.
Post the finale, TellyChakkar got in touch with the actress and asked her what she has to say about being called Pooja Bhatt's puppet and cleared the stance if she used Abhishek and Elvish.
When Ashika was evicted, you told Manisha that her puppet is gone, but the audience calls you as Pooja’s puppet. What do you have to say about it?
I am proud to be called Pooja’s puppet as she is very close to me and has motivated me. It is because of her that I've reached so far and I didn’t use her. I value and respect the bond I share with her. If I had used her, I wouldn’t have come this far.
You were one of the most controversial contestants of Bigg Boss. What do you have to say about it?
Since day one itself, I got this tag when Cyrus had told me that I am a controversial person. Many more names and tags were given to me.
Audiences feel that you were friends with Elvish and Abhishek because you wanted to get saved from elimination?
If I had to do that, I would have done that in the beginning itself. I strengthened my bond with Abhishek so that he wouldn’t have me eliminated from the show. But every week, he nominated me and I was the real one.
Well, there is no doubt that Bebika was a strong contestant and she has come a long way. As the third runner-up of the show, she has made a name and a solid fan following for herself.
