MUMBAI: Rahul Dev ,who has made his mark in Bollywood with his amazing performances in movies like Champion, Asoka, and Mubarakan, is all set to be seen in another digital project named Operation Parindey on ZEE5.
In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, the actor shared his fitness mantra with us. He said, 'The human body is a miracle in itself.' He gave an example to explain his point by saying, 'If you buy a branded car like Merc or Porsche, a new mobile phone, or a book for yourself, you take care of that thing nicely and are so possessive about it. In this process, we forget about our body. When we wake up sound and healthy, we should thank god by saying that we woke up with a sound body and mind and will go to work healthy. You should have a good amount of movement in your daily routine, especially couch potatoes who blame their jobs for the same.'
Adding to this, the actor says that even gym exercises or any kind of physical activity is important to help one stay fit.
