MUMBAI: Actress Rasika Dugal has been winning the hearts of the fans over the time with her movies and series. She is indeed one of the most loved actresses we have in the acting space. The actress is now all set to be seen in the movie Fairy Folk which is going to release soon in theatres.

During an exclusive chat with Tellychakkar, actress Rasika Dugal spoke on her upcoming projects and also on the update of Mirzapur season 3.

Any particular character you are really forward to play that has never been offered to you

Rasika Dugal shares, “I haven't had many chances to explore comedy on screen. Female-led comedic content is not common in the content we are making, and I hope that changes. I'd be thrilled to take on a central role in a comedy film or series”. 

Any small update for the fans for Mirzapur 3

Rasika Dugal says, “It's definitely releasing this year. The fans have waited patiently for this season and I am sure it will be worth the wait ! In fact, I am eagerly waiting for them to watch and respond to this season”.

What are your upcoming projects?

Rasika Dugal adds, “Upcoming projects include diverse roles and experiences. Stay tuned for more details as they unfold. There is a lot which is going to come out and it's going to be an interesting mix of the old and the new. After Fairy Folk, there will be Mirzapur 3. Besides that, there are three other films - Lord Curzon ki Haveli with Arjun Mathur, Little Thomas with Gulshan Devaiah and a more commercial film which I am not allowed to speak about yet. In the series space, there is a new show with Applause that I am very excited about because it's a very different role for me, there is a sports drama series called 'Spike' in which I play a volleyball coach and there is 'Shekhar Home' with Kay Kay Menon and Ranvir Shourey. Also 'Delhi Crime' season 3 is green lit and we are scheduled to shoot this year”.
