MUMBAI: Panchayat season 3 airing on Amazon Prime Video is being loved by fans because of the cute chemistry between Neena Gupta and Raghubir Yadav. The show has won hearts since its first season in 2020. In today's retro movie news segment, we have found a pretty old snap of the duo that will remind you of SRK and Kajol as Raj and Simran from Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. Reportedly, the snap is from 1982 and had been loved by fans.
In the old snap, Neena and Raghubir could be seen holding mics. Neena's tresses were open as she wore a black t-shirt, and junk jewellery and looked jaw-dropping. Raghubir looked cute and innocent in a full green and white shirt. For those who do not know the duo had also worked in Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, back in 2021. The movie had Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra in pivotal roles.

For those who do not know Neena essays the role of a gram sarpanch in Phulera while Raghubir plays her on-screen husband. The series has been directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra while Chandan Kumar has written the movie. The comedy-drama show is around sachiv ji aka Abhishek Tripathi who plays an engineering graduate who does not get a good job. He comes to Phulera as a secretary of Phulera gao.
