MUMBAI: SonyLIV is indeed one of the leading platforms when it comes to deliver some untie concepts to their viewers, once again the platform had all the attention of the fans ever since their trailer of the web series Tabbar was out. Right from the first glimpse and the trailer the show had created a strong Buzz in B Town and fans were eagerly waiting for the show. This thriller stars some amazing talents like Pavan Malhotra, Supriya Pathak, Gagan Arora, Paramvir Cheema, Kanwaljit Singh, and Ranvir Shorey and it is directed by Ajitpal Singh, finally the show has been premiered and here is the full review of the show
The premise of the show deals with an ex-police officer Omkar played by Pawan Malhotra who is living happily with his family, but after one incident how the life of every family member changes is something amazing to see. With the concept of how far will you go for your family the web series Tabbar is an engaging thriller with some great performances. The screenplay of the series is pretty engaging; also the direction given by Ajitpal Singh is brilliant.
Talking about the performances, no doubt this is one of the best works coming from the actor Pawan Malhotra, on the other hand actress Supriya Pathak is no less than anyone when it comes to capturing emotions through her eyes. No doubt it is a treat to watch both of these actors together after a long time. On the other hand actor Gagan Arora will be seen in a never seen before avatar, we have often seen the actor in lover boy or in comedy avatar, but in this show he has shown his intense side. Actor Ranvir Shorey on his part was decent, we get to see less of the actor throughout the series. On the other hand actors Paramvir Cheema, Kanwaljit Singh were decent on their part.
Talking about the positive point of the show, no doubt it has to be the amazing storytelling which keeps you engaged right from the very first scene, also the story writing is brilliant. On the other hand performances delivered by every actor especially by Pawan Malhotra and Supriya Pathak are a treat to watch. The crafting of the suspense and thrilling BGM will surely enhance your viewing experience. Also the music and song in the background in every episode will give you goosebumps.

Talking about the negative points of the show, the screenplay of the series loses in between, after taking a solid start the screenplay falls in between and the series may look a little stretched in between. Also the very less screen space of actor Ranvir Shorey is another let down, we would surely want to see more of the actor in the show.
Well having said all these points no doubt Sony LIV’s Tabbar still makes it to your Binge list, and this can surely be your choice for the weekend.
