MUMBAI: Temptation Island is an American reality show where several couples who agree to live with a group of singles, in order to test the ultimate strength of their relationships. It’s one of the most successful reality shows overseas and finally the show will have its first season on Jio Cinema. The various twists and turns have made the show a very intriguing watch.
Model, actress and influencer Nikita Bhamidipati who was recently seen in Temptation Island and she grabbed a lot of attention for her split with her boyfriend and fellow contender, Tayne. She however later revealed that she was in a relationship with Kundali Bhagya actor Baseer Ali and he was abusive toward her. She stated, “It is the worst relationship I have ever had.”
In the interview Nikita also shared how toxic the relationship with Baseer was, “I don’t want to talk about someone who is so disgusting. Our relationship was very toxic and we had cut off everybody from our life which shouldn’t have happened. And honestly, I think the reason why he is talking about me right now is to get clout. I wouldn’t even want to call that a relationship. It was just a waste of time, energy and emotions.”
Nikita further added, “I want to confirm that he did not cheat on me and neither did I. However, it was just a very toxic relationship till date. I don't understand the reason we were together. But Baseer and my relationship was extremely toxic and abusive. In fact, he was very abusive. He was controlling towards me and so was I.”

Baseer has been part of many reality shows lke MTV India's Roadies Rising, Splittsvilla 10, among others. He made his acting debut on Television with Zee TV's Kundali Bhagya as 'Shaurya Luthra’.
