MUMBAI: The Night Manager is currently one of the most loved shows on digital platform. The part 1, which was released on digital platform, Hotstar was immensely loved by the fans and audience. Part 1 ended in a cliffhanger and since then, part 2 has been the talk of the town.
The part 2 of the show has finally hit the digital platform and it definitely has all the elements required for a proper season finale.
The story begins from where part 1 ended. Shaan is welcomed to the family and Shelly's business with his new identity. As the series progesses, Shaan gets more and more closer to Shelly, in terms of his personal and professional life. Now, Shaan's only agenda is to bring all the sensitive information from Shelly's hub and bring him down at any cost.
The screenplay of the show is very gripping and the writing is solid. Also, the direction given by Priyanka Ghose is beautiful. Special mention to the location at different parts of the country, which are beautiful and a treat to watch.
Talking about the performances, it is an out and out Anil Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur show. Aditya Roy Kapur will definitely win your hearts with his intense performance. The actor looked very handsome and charming in the show. On the other hand, it will be a treat to watch Anil Kapoor as a rich businessman Shailendra Rungta. Also, actress Tillotama Shome has major contribution in part 2 and actress Shobhita Dhulipala is looking supremely beautiful and extremely hot throughout the show. Unfortunately, we get to see very less of Saswata Chatterjee, but he steals the show whenever he appears on screen.
Talking about the positive points, it has to be the storytelling and the crafting of suspense, which is done beautifully. Also, there are twists and turns which definitely grabs attention throughout the show. The strong performances coming from every actor is a treat to watch. This season finale serve everything you were expecting. It has double the thrill, double the drama and double the tension.
The negative point of the show is that the build up episodes 5 and 6 are a bit slow. But, the show gets more interesting towards episode 7. Also, we get to see less of actor Saswata Chatterjee, which is one of the minus points. The VFX of the show, especially during the blasts sequences are very weak and looks a little fake.
Well, having said all these points, The Night Manager part 2 is a treat to watch. If you are a thriller fan, you cannot miss this one!
