MUMBAI: Ekta Kapoor has come up with a reality show titled “Lock Upp,” where 17 contestants are locked in jail. They have to play the game and fight for getting bail to survive on the show.

Kangana Ranaut makes her OTT debut with the show. The actress will be guiding the participants.

‘Lock Upp’ promises to be an engaging captive reality show with all the ingredients that will keep you glued to your seat. It has a daring celebrity host, compelling tasks, dramatic fights, and an exciting mix of contestants who will do anything and everything to survive in the show. To elevate their game, Karan Kundrra, the jailor, has entered the house to assign tasks to the inmates, but not in the Lock Upp house. The inmates will be taken to a different location where a live audience will cheer both the teams, and they will be covered with black masks.

Now, the show is all set to bring in twists with the entry of wild cards who will spice up the game, and a plethora of celebrity names are doing the rounds. The latest buzz is that supermodel and activist Milind Soman could be a wild-card contestant on the show.

Nothing has been confirmed yet but the buzz around this name has been very strong.

Another name that has been rumored to be on the show is Varun Sood. Varun has been a part of many reality shows before as well.

The entire concept is a setup in jail. The show has done well in its first week. The audience has loved it. The weekend, the first elimination of the show happened where Chakrapani Maharaj was eliminated.
