MUMBAI :Dance reality shows have been the viewers’ favorite for the longest time. With so much talent and unique dance concepts there is no dearth of creativity. Hip Hop India is the latest which has been a fan favorite and the show has now reached a milestone by breaking the renowned Guiness World Record.

The record was for the largest Hip Hop performance, which included 1,864 dancers who performed together for over 5 minutes. The previous record was by 1,658 dancers in Alabama, US in 2014. The event took place in Mumbai’s Film City in presence of Hip Hop India’s judges Nora Fatehi and Remo D’Souza.
Speaking about the feat, Remo said, “Witnessing these amazing urban dancers from all across the nation in their true form is itself an achievement for me. And being a part of a team that set a world record in the field of hip-hop is an honour not only for me, but for all of us who took part in it.”

Nora added, “It’s an indescribable feeling to witness and be a part of such a historic moment. When it comes to dancing, I am always game to try something new and different, but what we accomplished today surpassed my expectations.”
