‘Aye Zindagi’ is the story of Vinay Chawla, software engineer battling liver cirrhosis, who learns he has just six months to live unless he receives a liver transplant. As he navigates the emotional turmoil of his diagnosis, he forms a powerful bond with Revathi Rajan, the hospital's grief counsellor, while they both await a liver donation for his surgery. The film opens with Revathi attempting to persuade a grieving couple to donate their deceased family member's organs, setting a sensitive tone for this heartrending story of loss and hope. However, an unexpected incident threatens to drive a wedge between Vinay and Revathi. As their connection deepens, will they find a way to reconcile and overcome the challenges that lie ahead?
