Lately, every member of BTS has been achieving a milestone but things are a little tricky for SUGA it seems. Earlier we had reported how he was under the influence when he fell of his electric scooter in the middle of the night.
After the matter got a lot of attention, Big Hit Music penned an apology letter, wherein they explained the whole situation and apologised for SUGA’s behaviour and/carelessness.
SUGA got drunk and then left the spot on an electric scooter with a helmet on but after travelling 500 meters when he was trying to park, he fell and was given a ticket and license revocation as a result of a sobriety test by police officers who were nearby.
Earlier we came to know that there’s going to be an investigation by Korea’s Military Manpower Administration, the military governance office who will look into SUGA’s time as a social worker. Previously a civic group publicly demanded an investigation amid SUGA’s ongoing DUI scandal. SUGA is currently facing backlash over the DUI scandal and he will be investigated by police.
Now earlier today, according to the Seoul’s Western District Prosecution Office, SUGA has been served with a summary indictment, which is less serious compared to a formal indictment and will mostly result in a fine.
