Our weekly dose of who wore it better and who got it completely wrong is back! Whether it was a missed opportunity to make a statement or to turn heads, the week was rather interesting.

Deepika Padukone: (Hit)
Channelling her inner diva in a risqué bodysuit, Deepika looked smoking at a recent promotional event. Even though her top was more like an inner-wear, her incredibly body and gorgeous face made it look fierce, not tacky. It’s definitely a hit from our end. Yours?
Diana Penty: (Miss)
First of all, the peplum top works well only with a fitted skirt, unless the skirt is an extraordinary one…which this clearly is not. Add to it the top-knot and cringe-worthy illusion panel in a shade brighter than her skin, the look spells disaster. We do love her stunning face. But that’s about it.
Sridevi: (Hit)
Trust Sridevi to do no wrong. For Karva Chauth celebrations, she chose a red Sabyasachi saree, paired with an equally grand blouse. It might seem OTT, but she pulled it off like only she can. Love it.
Huma Qureshi: (Miss)
Oh, dear. With such a beautiful face, she should be able to carry off anything. But our missy misses out on fashion conquests because of poor outfit choices. Case in point, this. The cape-like bust makes her look rounder, while the lehenga does nothing to flatter her. We are not feeling her hair, make-up or accessories either.
Freida Pinto: (Hit)
What a fantastic no-fuss look, perfect from head-to-toe. The sleek hair, fitted dress, pointer shoes, and great finishing touches make this one of the hottest outings this week.
Priyanka Chopra: (Miss)
We wouldn’t call it a miss, but ‘not-quite-there’. However gorgeous her face looks, she failed to make a mark. Mostly because of the dress. It just didn’t cut with us. May be we are being tough on her because she’s been giving such fabulous looks over the months.
