MUMBAI: The one thing which keeps us fit is working out. However, for actors this does get a little difficult as they are shooting on the sets almost round the clock to bring that daily dose of entertainment to you and the rest of the time they spend with their family and close friends. However, in between this too, a lot of actors try to stay fit if not by hitting the gym then at least focusing on a good diet after-all, dropping those kilos is not easy and getting that hourglass figure can only be achieved with 70 percent of diet and 30 percent of gymming.
Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya wowed us with her performance in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. As Ishita, she has always been loved by the audience. It was a while ago that Divyanka took it upon herself to get toned and ooh la la! We all know how stunning her transformation has been. Well we all know about her fitness and fitness partner Vivek Dahiya but do you know she had a lot of control on what she put in her tummy as well?
In a conversation with Tellychakkar. com earlier Divyanka mentioned her one day routine in which she said that she ate idli-chutney for breakfast. For lunch she preferred some dal, vegetable and nachni roti. Her evening snack was a chilla and for dinner she preferred quinoa khichdi with vegetables!
