MUMBAI: Urfi Javed is an Indian television actress, who had debuted on the small screen in 2016 as Avni Pant in Sony TV's Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania. Thenafter, she went on to play crucial cameos in popular Hindi TV serials like Aarti in Star Plus's Meri Durga, Kamini Joshi in SAB TV's Saat Phero Ki Hera Pherie, Bella Kapoor in Colors TV's Bepannaah, Nandini in &TV's Daayan, Shivani Bhatia in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and lastly, Tanisha Chakraborty in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.
She made her OTT debut as Mira in Puncch Beat 2, which streamed on ALT Balaji.
Lately, Urfi was also seen as one of the finalist contestants in Karan Johar's hosted Bigg Boss OTT, which streams on Voot. Herein, she was being accompanied by her fellow inmates like Shamita Shetty, Pratik Sehajpal, Ridhima Pandit, Divya Agarwal, Akshara Singh, Raqesh Bapat, Neha Bhasin, Karan Nath, Millind Gaba, Nishant Bhat and Zeeshan Khan.
Unfortunately, she suffered an unprecedented elimination right on the season's first 'Weekend Ka Vaar' (which was hosted last Sunday), for being voted out by the audience. She was nominated for elimination in the previous week along with her other five co-inmates, including Raqesh Bapat, Shamita Shetty, Nishant Bhat and Mosse Jattana.
Things turned ugly with this as she blamed Zeeshan Khan for betraying his old friend by choosing Divya and granting her immunity. However later, she declared that she would not spend her tears on backstabbers.
Talking about her Instagram profile, Urfi is a real show-stealer by uploading her bold and beautiful pictures and her style-game is on-point. With a few posts on display, she is gradually treading ahead to claim her stardom and virtual popularity and her stylish posts flaunting her top-notch fashion game and quotient are the living testimonies of the same.
