Taeil has been removed from NCT due to sexual crimes; SM Entertainment announces

SM Entertainment announced that they have removed Taeil from the boy band following the accusations for unspecified sexual crimes. While Teail has yet to say something in public about his allegations, fans of NCT have started showing their anger and disappointment by burning postcards with Taeil's image on it.

"We will provide further statements as the investigation progresses," the statement, which was posted in Korean and translated by Associated Press, said.

Seoul's Bangbae Police Station announced about the ongoing investigation of Taeil in relation to a sexual crime, according to South Korean media.

Taeil was part of NCT, or Neo Culture Technology, a globally popular South Korean boy band that debuted in 2016.
