MUMBAI : Thanks to social media, viewers are now thinking twice about ENA‘s The Midnight Studio.
Unexpectedly, a K-Drama that audiences disliked is becoming more and more popular.
In this K-Drama, Joo Won plays the irritable photographer Seo Ki Joo, who owns a photo studio where he takes ghost photos. He somehow joins forces with Han Bom (Kwon Na Ra), a dedicated attorney who will not stand for any kind of injustice.
The actors' prominence initially made many fans of K-Drama give it a shot. But after watching the first episode, they were deeply let down since they thought it was clumsy and hard to get into. Present viewers assured fans on social media that the later episodes were far superior to the first. It seems that The Midnight Studio required some time to fully establish its worldbuilding.
Midnight Studios was distinguished from other K-Dramas in large part by the flawless chemistry between the two protagonists. One person exclaimed, "The chemistry between the leads is phenomenal," in reference to Joo Won and Na Ra.
Viewers got immersed in the narrative after adjusting to the worldbuilding of the first few episodes. They advised prospective fans to "keep several boxes of tissues on hand" since they enjoyed the emotional rollercoaster that was brought on. Thanks to this word-of-mouth suggestion, many who had given up on the drama and had no intention of watching it are suddenly fascinated again.
