Fitness mantra?
Wake up early. Do meditation and crunches. And drink a lot of water.
Abs are necessary?
To be fit and in shape is more important. I don’t believe in building abs.
Current workout routine?
Meditation and 50 crunches daily.
Diet chart?
I prefer having a normal healthy breakfast. My lunch includes green vegetables and rotis. I avoid too much meat, though I love it After lunch, I have oats, juice and fruit salads in a couple of hours interval. I have a very light dinner, and that too before 9 pm. After 9 pm, I do not eat anything.
Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
A big NO.
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?
I would suggest treadmill workout for 10-15 minutes, Skipping rope and obviously crunches.
How do you stay motivated?
My mom motivates me in life. Her greatest teachings are to surround oneself with positive people and always give our 100 percent in whatever we do. All in all, my mother’s support and her positivity is what keeps me motivated in life.
How much do you weigh right now?
49 Kgs.
Your cheat food?
Junk food. I like eating gol gappas, burger and KFC’s popcorn chicken.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
My stomach. Because it is getting flat these days.
What time do you work out?
In the morning for an hour.
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
No.
Gym attire?
Track pants and sports bras.
Your gym buddy?
I am not a daily gym person but I do believe in fitness.
