I am proud of my perfectly sculpted figure: Smriti Khanna

The super sexy Smriti Khanna, who is better known as Ritika from Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, has established herself in the hearts of million fans with her acting abilities. In conversation with Tellychakkar.com, the sexy lass shared some health and fitness tips for our Lifestyle (Fitness) segment.

Fitness mantra?

Eat healthy. Try to sleep for 7-8 hrs and take lot of liquid throughout the day.

Abs are necessary?

I don’t think so abs are necessary. To be fit and healthy internally is important.

Current workout routine?

Recently I have joined Bodyholics fitness centre. I am enjoying yoga, functional training and mixed martial arts there.

Diet chart?

I don’t really follow any diet chart but yeah, I try to include healthy items in my diet.

Ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?

No. Whoever wants to take it, please do so under proper guidance.

What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?

I would suggest functional training, running, jogging for at least half an hour.

How do you stay motivated?

Working out in a friendly environment, and music, keep me motivated.

How much do you weigh right now?

54 kgs.

Your cheat food?

Italian food.

Which body part are you proud of and why?

Overall I am in shape. I have a toned body; not too skinny. I don’t even want to have one, as I am proud of my body.

What time do you work out?

Evening.

Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?

Not really, but I do give compliments to people who take efforts on themselves.

Gym attire?

Tracks,T-shirts and Nike shoes.

Your gym buddy?

My boyfriend Mayank Kalra. He is also the co founder-Bodyholics.
