Indeed they are necessary.
What is your current workout routine?
Cardio, Skipping, eating healthy, no carbs, no junk is what I follow.

(Thinks) Currently, I am working out alone so no one.

Roti’s in Kimua floor, egg whites, chicken in each meal as protein is very important. I mix and match with fish and paneer.
Have you ever taken supplement to lose or gain weight?
I used to drink protein shake but not anymore.
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?
Do alternate cardio and weight training and take an off on Sunday.
How do you stay motivated?
Looking at my son helps me stay motivated. I want to make him proud of me one day.
How much do you weigh right now?
Right now I am 57kgs but my target is 54 kgs.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
My face. The charm and chubbiness of my face is something I love and like.
What time do you work out?
45 mins prior to my call time I go to my gym routine.
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
Without a question (Laughs). It's motivating.
