Fitness mantra?
Eat right and work out properly.
Abs are necessary?
No.
Current workout routine?
Cross fit every alternate days, running for 5km and gym every day.
Diet chart?
There is nothing in particular. But yes, right (homemade) food in correct proportion. And I don’t eat any junk food, sweets etc.
Ever taken supplements to lose or gain weight?
No, never. I don’t even take whey protein.
What would you recommend for a quick 20-to-30-minute workout?
I would suggest a good run; nothing beats that.
How do you stay motivated?
I love to stay fit. I think when you are fit, you feel good and energetic.
How much do you weigh right now?
72kg.
Your cheat food?
Noodles.
Which body part are you proud of and why?
I think I have a very lean structure, neither thin nor bulky. I have an athletic body.
What time do you work out?
Morning. But it also depends on my shoot.
Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
No.
Gym attire?
Something which is comfortable; shorts and ganjis.
Your gym buddy?
Most of the time I workout alone. But I do cross fit with my friend Gautam.
