MUMBAI: Talented and beautiful actress Karishma Tanna started her career with Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi as Indu Virani. She participated in Bigg Boss 8 and was most recently seen in Naagin and Qayamat Ki Raat.

Karishma has always been slim and trim. In addition, since quite some time now, she has been focused more on her workout regime, and her dedication has turned her into a fitness fanatic.

People often go on crash diets and intense workouts to shed those extra calories, but Karishma's idea of staying fit is entirely different. Working out twice a day, she does not necessarily avoid eating all the junk food. Karishma is a complete foodie and often enjoys food that is calorie-rich.

In many of her media interactions, Karishma has mentioned that she eats everything but in small portions and makes sure to sweat it out too! Recently, we saw her in Ahmedabad where she was indulging in a cheat day!
