Chef Kareem Ali from Le Patio, St. Regis - Al Habtoor City, Dubai and Chef Gregory Bazire from Taj Mahal Tea House, Mumbai mentioned some interesting dishes which you can easily whip up at home and keep everyone's taste buds happy:
Arabic mix grilled served with french fries, garlic sauce, mix pickles and Arabic bread.
Rose cream falooda with chilled ice cream, rose petals, almond and pistachio slivers on top of the mixture
Talking about the Eid delicacies she looks forward to relishing, Ssara Khan said, “I can’t wait to enjoy savouries like Sheer, Musafir and Shahi Tukda. While Sheer is a commonly known dish, Musafir is the sweet made from sevaiyan, mawa and milk wit dryfruits. Shahi Tukda is a sweet dish made from bread. “
